Children's birthday parties for kids aged 1 to 12

Let us take the stress out of having a party for your child: no cooking/making the food, no trashed house and no clearing up after them. All of this in a safe environment where children are guaranteed to have lots and lots of fun! At Mad Play, we have been hosting fantastic birthday parties for boys and girls since we opened in 1999. We offer a range of packages and can even offer exclusive hire of our soft play centre. Food and drinks are served from our amazing café and we try to accommodate special requests whenever possible. VIP parties

with exclusive venue hire!

VIP parties are only available on:


Tuesday - Friday

 3.30-5.30pm / 4-6pm


BRONZE - venue hire only -£ 500

SILVER- with cold buffet- £550 (additional children £5)



Weekends

 5.30-7.30pm.


Mad Play is excited to be able to offer exclusive VIP parties and venue hire.

(please note that you pay for the number of children you book as we will cater to that number)

Bronze: £500 - DRY HIRE

  • you will need to provide your own: cups,plates, serviettes, table covers etc...
  • you will not be able to access our kitchen



Silver: £550

  • all of the above
  • unlimited juice
  • a cold food buffet:

  A selection of children's sandwiches, sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, finger food platter, Pizza's, crisps, salad sticks & dip, cake & biscuit platter.


Gold: £650

  • all of the above
  • party bags for signed in party children
  • upgraded buffet - all of the above plus - scotch eggs, pork pies, samosas, spring rolls, dessert platter(pancakes/waffles/ fruit with chocolate dip)

OR

  • GOLD-with a hot meal + party bags - £650

        (35 CHILDREN MAX )


A non refundable Deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. above prices are for 35 children. Any children extra is £5 per child.

Birthday party package

Our parties are for a minimum of 12 children, maximum of 30.


prices are: £15 per child for hot food or cold food option.



These prices include 1hr 20mins play and 40 mins in a private party room.


Birthday child's parents are free - each additional adult is £1


ALL ADULTS AND CHILDREN MUST WEAR SOCKS (When playing on the frame)

Hot Food:
Children choose from the following options on the day:

Sausage, chicken nuggets, burger, veggie fingers or fish fingers

 

(Halal, vegan & gluten free, milk free options available on request)


All served with chips and ice cream for dessert.


Cold Food:

(please note that for cold food parties you will pay for the number of children you book, as we will cater to that number therefore full payment will need to be made before the date of your party)

This is a sharing platter the includes the following –

Buffet of sandwiches (cheese, ham, and jam), cucumber sticks, cocktail sausages, sausage rolls, breadsticks and crisps.

Each child gets their own ice cream for dessert.


What About The Grown-Ups? 

Sandwich platters can be purchased for £12 per platter.

pizza combo deal - small £30 large £34 ( x2 pizzas x2 chips, garlic bread, onion rings, mozzarella dippers & 2 dipping sauces)

Reserved table in the main centre for up to 10 adults.

Please note there is only space for 6 adults in the party room.


You will need to bring your own cake and candles (NO NUTS, No sparklers)

Your party host will cut and wrap the cake for you and put it in party bags to take home. Cakes under no circumstance are to be eaten in the party room. Children are provided with ice cream as a dessert. (You are welcome to bring your own or we can supply for £2 per bag – contents: small toy, packet of sweets,crayons & colouring book).


please bring napkins/ boxes for the cake to be wrapped in we will not make boxes for you this will need to be done by yourselves


Please Note: A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. This secures your booking, the rest is payable on the day.


Once you have reached the minimum of 12 children you then only pay for however many children actually turn up. For example, if you tell us 20 children and only 15 turn up you only pay for 15. Please bear in mind that should less than 12 children arrive you would need to pay for 12 (being the minimum).


NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE PERMITTED
